During our last calibration of ****** Multidose Plus Unit, we experienced low results with the Prednisone Basket method. We have tested more than 60 tablets and every run has one or two tablets in the area of 47% to 52%.
Both of the salicylic runs (paddles and baskets) passed. Also the prednisone paddle run was fine.
We have tested tablets from several bottles of Lot N and from one bottle of Lot O.....
I will really appreciate any help I can get at this point.
I already have talked to ******, ****** and USP and we all are against a thick brick wall.
