I wonder if someone can help me with some alternative medium to performe a dissolution assay for gliclazide. Any suggestion will be welcome!

We use 0,01M HCl + 1% sodium octodecyl sulphate for FORTE tablets.

But we get only about 75-80%

Have you try BP 2003's?
Try using apparatus 2 with phosphate buffer pH 7.4 as the dissolution medium and paddle rotation at 100 rpm.
