Here I have a problem related to dissolution of miglitol tablets.
Can any one suggest me a suitable dissolution media and proper analytical method for its analysis.

I am Trying to develop a dissolution method but i am observing one peak along with api peak in water but in methanol it is not there can you suggest the dissolution conditions for the same

Dissolution medium for Miglitol is water and detection method is by using RI detector on HPLC.
