We are working on formulations of Buspirone Hydrochloride.
Buspirone HCL exists in two polymorphic forms, viz P 188 & P 202. These forms are identified by there Melting Points.
Can some body help me to find out what is the diiference in these two forms with regard to bio availability & stability form tablet formulations.
The drug is freely soluble in water and USP recommends 500 ml of 0.01NHCL as Disso media.
