LORATIDINE TABLET 10 mg
Following observation was recorded while performing the dissolution of this product.
The tablets when placed in the media (0.01 N HCL), because of the peculier shape, they bisect in to two portions. And subsquently over a period of time these portins erode in to the media. But in few cases, because of the impact from the Paddle these portions breaks open and the release is much faster.
Over all impact of this is on the CV amongst the set.
This phenomena, would defiently not there in the body (GIT) because of the GIT motion.
Has any of you has seen similar phenomena ? and in such cases what is the alternative to have reproducible results ?
